Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash-Morgan, actor who has been a part of the SSC's board since 2011, is the co-founding artistic director of the recently formed theater firm Speech of Fire. She was the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 until 2019. In her role as the Artistic Director of SSC she served as the company's composer, musician and text coach as well as costume/set/music design. While she would usually be the director of her group the first time she was directing was with SSC King Lear.
